KarmaZoo seems very strange and will be coming out on Switch next month | spcilvly

Devolver Digital has announced KarmaZoo for Switch, a cooperative platform game for up to ten players, launching next month. November 14, 2023.

It features some pretty gorgeous pixel art visuals enhanced with lighting effects and flashes of eye-catching color, but the real draw here is the cooperative gameplay itself. You’ll be paired with randomly selected online players and have to work together to increase your karma, help your teammates overcome obstacles, or even sacrifice yourself for the greater good.

To delve deeper into what KarmaZoo is, here’s what Devolver had to say:

Together with up to 10 new friends, you’ll take on a series of increasingly challenging levels tailored to the size of your team, the characters you play as, and the perks you choose. No two races are the same when the players and the game itself change.

Stick together, use your character’s strengths, and even sacrifice yourself for the greater good to help your teammates get through it. KarmaZoo’s chaotic challenges. Every good thing you do, in one way or another, will grant you sweet Karma that you’ll use to unlock new characters and abilities for future loops.

Whether you’re new to gaming or a seasoned veteran, you’ll find a community pursuing a common goal. Available in 22 languages, with cross-platform play between PC and consoles and private rooms to play exclusively with friends, we invite you all to the KarmaZoo.

KarmaZoo will be released on the Switch eShop for $9.99.
